World Champion Fries Baking
On Sunday, Sept. 28, 2025, Siem van Bruggen, founder of Dapp Frietfiets, was declared the world champion of french fries in Arras, France. With his classic, triple-fried fries made from organic Agria potatoes, he left the international competition behind.
The jury praised his authentic preparation method and pure flavors. An artisanal approach that fits completely with Dapp's philosophy.
"When you spend many years in a certain field, you learn better and better which people and which companies really matter when it comes down to it.
